My coffee from Marye over at Kettle and Cup came in yesterday. I didn't get to try it then, but I did today.
Oh. My. God.
It smelled delicious just in the bag, which I did take pictures of. I'll post them tomorrow when I size them down. The beans are so shiny! I don't have a coffee grinder, but I found out you can grind the beans to a perfect consistency in a blender. It needs to be a good blender! Just whir it on chop for a minute, then on grate. Voila!
I literally used nearly half the bag to brew up a full pot. Remember, my coffeemaker does 36 cups! I am so glad I made so much, everyone loved it. In fact, I'm going to go make a cup now. If she ever starts selling it, I will be a loyal customer.
And if anyone wants to help me bug her until she starts selling, go post a ton of comments at her blog begging her to sell this perfect roast!

OL! I will sell it when I get 50 people to commit to buying it at least once a month.
I am glad you like it though.
Man you make me jealous. Also, thank goodness you posted -- I was going to send out a search party for you. Hadn't seen a new post here or at FR, I was worried. Glad you aren't rapped under a snowy pile of well, snow.
Trapped not rapped. Although, rapping under snow is no good either.
@Marye_Now I have a crusade!
@Jennifer- I've been sick, the kids are sick and my fridge took a poop. I did post a new one at FR about the Blackberry Merlot Cake, but I need to get another up tonight. It's just been a hectic December.
And I don't rap, but Hubby listens to it, so we might have it coming out from under our pile. :-)
Oh, sorry you've been sick. Hope you all feel better and rap on.
